Hi, I just started playing fs 2004 a few days ago. I sucessfully completed the first set of lessons ('student pilot') and earned the certificate, but I get trouble trimming the aircraft to maintain a constant non-zero vertical speed. (i can manage straight and level flight). The airplane oscillates appreciably before settling down, so it's tough to set it at the rate of ascent/descent I want.
I've been using the Cessna 172 SP and Grand Caravan.

Help much appreciated.
